Vacation Bible School

We are inviting all St. Rose of Lima children & their friends, ages 4-12, to be a part of the excitement at our Vacation Bible School (VBS) ~ The Kingdom Club.

The Bible lessons & scripture verses presented will encourage your children to "Move in God's direction" while growing in love and friendship with Jesus and each other.

Your children will extend their learning through every activity; making their own special memories in crafts, singing & dancing to favorite kid's worship tunes. Participating in recreational/experiential activities, and enjoying tasty snacks.

Come enjoy the fun of The Kingdom Club at the St. Rose of Lima Parish Center from 9:00 a.m.-11:30 a.m. Monday, July 19 to Friday, July 23.

Registration forms are available on the table in the foyer. Please drop it in the VBS box located next to the forms with a CURRENT, WALLET-SIZE PHOTO OF YOUR CHILD. Please complete registration forms this weekend July 10 & 11.

Vacation Bible School volunteers are needed the week of Monday, July 19th to Friday, July 23rd. Please contact Juliet deKoning. All are welcome to help out.

We are in need of free-standing tents or canopies for our Vacation Bible School. Please contact Adrienne Eichenlaub at ajw266@hotmail.com if you are able to lend a tent for the week.

Benefitting Saint Rose of Lima School

A great place to come and spend your time, in a relaxed, fun-filled atmosphere, filled with camaraderie! We are always looking for people to help out, as well as to play. If you are interested in playing or helping out and would like additional information, please call the School Office. «

Join the fun while helping finance our projects.

Bingo Volunteers

Each School Family is required to work three Bingos by May 30. Please report to work the night you are scheduled no later than 5:45 PM. If you are unable to work the night you are assigned, You must get your own replacement.

Parish Picnic

A family gathering for all parishioners, held the first Sunday in June every year. We begin with the celebration of the Eucharist at 12:00 Noon and then proceed to a picnic dinner, games, and fun.

Pot Luck Dinner

A family gathering for all parishioners, held the last Sunday of January, February, March, and April. We begin at 1:00 PM, after the 12:00 Noon celebration of the Eucharist.

Protecting God's Children

Volunteers are a vital part to the working environment here at Saint Rose of Lima. Thank you to those who give selflessly of their time and talent; without your continued generosity, we could not offer all that we do.

At Saint Rose our children's safety and well being is a top priority.

All volunteers who would like to participate in any activity involving children, needs to complete the "Protecting God's Children" Program, offered by Virtus.
